I am so sad to hear of Jay's passing. I haven't spent much time with Jay in probably 25 years, yet hearing this news really hit me. He was just that kind of guy. Just thinking back on some of our fun times makes me just smile. His kind caring spirit, his funny wit, his consideration for others. For his family and friends, I am so sorry for your loss.
