Not sure what to say?

Brenda & Ron,

We were so sorry to hear about Jay. He was such a great young man on and off the field.

When he was at CPHS we got to visit with him during a pre-season baseball game against Anderson a couple of years ago. He was such a good role model for his students and players.

Our deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.

Jay was an INCREDIBLE man, unlike any person I've ever met before. He was a blessing to everyone he knew and I will miss him, but will never forget how he always made me smile. Love you Jay Jay

As a former teamate and good friend, what I will always remember about Jay is he always led by example on and off the field in any situation. His character was off the charts, and most important, the memories we all had with him will carry on forever. I miss you a ton Meat.

Jay had a lot of respect of the guys he grew up around. Known as a great athelete who put in the extra effort and always upbeat and just a real positive person to be around. A true loss. Jay was an achiever, Im so sorry.

My prayers and deepest sympathy are with both of you in your time of loss. God must of needed a coach in heaven so he picked Jay. He will be missed by all who knew him especially his students and you both. He is in good hands now and with his little brother. Enjoy your memories of him always and always keep him in your heart. With blessings and sadness, Gloria Moreno-Rodriguez, Formerly of Yoakum, TX now live in Stafford, TX.

My deepest sympathy goes out to you the Sevier family. Jay was an amazing person and a very dear friend!! We worked together at Cedar Park High School. Jay always made everyone around him feel special! His smile was contagious! He forever changed my life!!! My thoughts and prayers are with you daily during this very difficult time!

Brenda and Ron,

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I never got to know Jay, but I know Gavin was waiting for him. I can only imagine what a wonderful young man he was.

Brenda and Ron,
We are so sad to hear of your loss of Jay. There's no doubt he and Baby Gavin are together. We love you.

For the short time that I knew Jay, he was a very outspoken and kind man. He was always confident in anything that he did, and was a natural leader. He didn't like to be beaten in bowling, much less by girls. I looked forward to his visit in December for CJ and mines wedding, we had plans to go to the MS Coast. He will definitely be greatly missed. Your family will always be in my prayers. You raised an amazing man with a very big heart.
