Not sure what to say?

On a whim I searched the name Jay Steinberg, hoping to find some information about the 6th grade teacher I remember fondly from 1969, Thomas Jefferson School. I am sad he has passed, but glad to see Mr. Steinberg lived what looks to have been a happy, rewarding life.

It was my pleasure getting to know Jay and be one of his nurses. He was a very kind man and we talked about his teaching and love of movies. I´m very sorry for your loss! He will be missed!

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
My sincere condolences to Jay’s family.
My friend,Pookie and I are so very sorry and shocked that Jay died so young. We have fond memories of Jay back in the days working at the Cheshire theater. We all had so many laughs and stayed good friends while he was in CT.
I wish I had known he lived in Florida because I live in Naples and have for the past 20 years.
Pookie is still in CT.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
My sincere condolences to Jay’s family.

We send our sympathy to all of Jay's family. He was a dear friend for many years, so rich with his kind heart, his interest on any topic, and his dry sense of humor. Lois Mathieu & William Newell
