Not sure what to say?

Jay was a kind and caring person. He is truly missed by family and friends. Hope you catching alot of fish in heaven

Very sad to learn of Jay's passing. We were always glad to see one-another. Jay had a big heart; a very thoughtful person. He had a beautiful smile & hearty laugh too. God Knows he did his best to take care of himself. May he RIP as I wish his loved ones a calm acceptance with fond memories.

Very sorry to hear of Jays' passing. I have great memories of fishing with Jay in our younger years....though we had not been in contact in recent years, he was a great friend, and I will miss him.
Peace, Jay.....
