I worked at Beaverton Police while Jay was at Lake Oswego. We often collaberated on projects in the Crime Prevention field. I'm not sure when I lost touch with him but remember him fondly as funny, intelligent and talented. Sure wish I'd kept up.

I knew Jay and Joan before their kids were born. We lost touch after both of our divorces. Jay was always a lot of fun but he did put his own weird touch on things some times. Rest in peace, Jay
