Jay was fun loving and full of joy! He always made me laugh when he was in a Sunday school or VBS class that I was teaching. I remember him dressing up as a shepherd for Christmas programs at times or helping with whatever he was asked to do. He was definitely a gift from God and My family and I will never forget him.

The day Jay was baptized at St. Paul's Lutheran, I remember he wanted to keep his candle lit. I remember his smiling face, holding that bright candle. The light of Christ was in him and Jay now lives in that eternal light. My tears and prayers are with the family as they mourn.
