Dear Remmelts Family,
I have known Jim for many years. While we were competitors and had little social contact until he retired, I always had a great respect for him and his sales ability. I know many of his customers really loved Jim.
After his retirement we were able to have lunch together a few times and I got to know him myself. I visited with him at Christwood and read to him.
I am so sorry he's passed, but I know I'll see him someday, whole again, smiling.

MRS BARBARA, YOUR HUSBAND WAS A SWEET MAN. HE WILL BE SURELY MISSED BY MARIE AND I AT CHRISTWOOD . GOD BE WITH YOU!

DRU SUMRALL,

Jim was one of my dad's best friends. I will always think of him as a vibrant, funny man who tried not to take life too seriously. He made my father laugh, and for that reason alone I know he was a good person. He also always made a point to ask us kids about our lives, and seemed truly interested in what we had to say. He also had a great mustache! My heart goes out to his large family. He will be missed dearly.
