Not sure what to say?

Sandy, Jay was one of a kind, I Admired him and his wisdom ! He gave me some wonderful advice when I needed it. But other than that he was a wonderful human and wonderful friend to Keith and I he will be forever in our hearts and missed greatly. Please keep in touch, Love and Prayers to the family.

Jay was an AX frat brother of mine, an upperclassman who I respected & liked. Enjoyed his sax music & playing basketball with him. Not surprised he had a stellar leadership career in public education. My condolences to his family. Don Mathis, Havre de Grace, MD

Sandy and Family, Deepest condolences on Jay's passing. I have fond memories of Jay from Taylor School and Wolf Jr. High when we were just kids growing up in downtown Easton - he was always a very nice guy and fun to be around even at that young age.

A great friend for more than 55 years. We did a lot together, college, concerts, Europe, etc. I feel great sorrow for him. I will miss him very much.

Jay is one of my longtime friends. We grew up in downtown Easton and we´re buddies since 1st grade at Taylor school I will miss Jay and so will my wife Ann Louise, and sons Terry, and Shawn. Jay would always spend Christmas Eve with our family and we enjoyed his love and humor. I will miss our chats on the phone since we always stayed in touch. Rest in peace Jay, and I´m sure we will meet again.

Jay was a great friend and a great advocate for educators and their students´ education. And there were always basketball games. Sandy, Patsy and I send our condolences and love for you and your family.

Condolences to the family of a true warrior, friend and colleague, always looking out for and advancing the interests of educators, children and others in need.

Sandy and family, I am deeply saddened by Jay's passing. May the peace of God comfort you during this difficult time.

Bonnie and family. My deepest condolences and prayers.
