In Loving Memory of My Dad

Even though I only had ten short years with you, the love and impact you left in my life have stayed with me every day since. I remember your laugh, your hugs, and the way you made me feel safe. I wish I had more time, more memories, and more of you—but I hold onto what I do have with all my heart.

Thank you for being my dad, even for a short while. I carry you with me always, in everything I do. I hope I’m making you proud.

Forever...
