Not sure what to say?

He was a great grandpa from what i know. I love you RIP

I was a rookie in the 73rd Precinct in 1983 and had the pleasure of meeting and working with J.C. He was a generous man with his time and willingly worked with the new guys so we could learn about the community we served. J.C. was a great man to know. He will be missed by several generations of the NYPD.

Please accept our sincerest condolences. We loved Mr. Reese so much. He lived on the 9th floor at NMRNC with my husband Ray, who called him Unc, for many years. They were good friends. Mr. Reese brought up Ray's newspaper every day. We even have a few videos of them together. Below is a picture of them together the day Ray left the nursing home.
