Read MoreThis saddens me so much. Mr. Sells was my 3rd grade teacher in 1974. I did not have a positive male figure in my little world. He demonstrated encouragement and positive validation to me and that has stayed with me throughout my adult life. Mr. Sells is always my "Who is Your Favorite Teacher" security answer! I have always wanted to reconnect with him to tell him those things personally. My sincerest condolences.

Mr Sells was my 5th grade teacher at Pine School around 1968. He was a great teacher, one of my favorites. I'm so sad to hear of his passing. Prayers to his family.
