I can't even put into words how wonderful of a person this woman was or how much I admired her. It doesn't feel real, that she's gone and there's now a permanent hole in my heart. I love you always Jean and I hope you know how much you meant to me.

I was so sorry to hear of Jean's passing. We started in the NICU about the same time. She was a great nurse and you could always depend on Jean. My love and prayers go out to the whole family.

I met Jean while working in NICU- such a fun person to work with. She was knowledgeable and caring towards the babies and their families but also had a wonderful dry sense of humor that I loved! My sympathy to her husband and kids and grandchildren and especially to my longtime friend, Gail.

Sarah and family - My deepest condolences to you all. Take this time to share laughter with one another as you recall memories with one another of her adventures that you experienced. Know you are in my thoughts and prayers; and know you have a new guardian angel who will continue to cheer and celebrate you.

To Sarah & Josh, I have known Jean for many years as we attended the same school. Though our lives took different paths, I've been fortunate enough to know you. So, one thing I know about Jean: she was a wonderful mother. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. I extend my prayers and sympathy to the entire family, and may you find peace in your memories.

To my friend and colleague, Dr.Bob, and the whole family: I remember, as a Labor nurse, taking care of Jean when she was in labor for her last child and contact with her as a VERY competent NICU RN. And, yes, I remember fondly her dry sense of humor! Prayers and sympathy to you, Bob, my favorite Perinatologist and easiest doctor to work with, and to Dan and all the rest of your family. Dr. Austin , Jean was such a great and enjoyable customer and very special . Her smiles and laughter I remember so fondly the first time she came in saying it´s time for a new light dock for my husband Bob who refused to give up on heavy wood. Hugs to all.
