I will always remember Jean as being one of the sweetest and kindest person I ever knew. She welcomed my mother who arrived in Terre Haute from Paris, France. They became fast friends and my sister and I thought of her and John as our grandparents. She was a very special person.

In loving memory of a wonderful woman and a dear friend not only to me but to my sister, dad and mom.
I have the most beautiful memory of Jean and John Behagg. They just don't make people like that anymore.

Jean was like a grandmother to me as well as a friend. I remember when I was only a year old, Jean fed me bacon until I couldn't eat anymore. I would finish off a pound in one sitting. Jean would always feel bad & explain to my mother that I cried until she fed me the bacon!
I will miss her so much & cherish the memories forever.

I always said to my Grandmother Jean as we were saying goodbye, "I love you, and I LIKE you"...now I can add "I miss you".

Jean was an amazing lady ! She was my next door neighbor on Dresden Ave. In the 1980s...She acted like she was 30 years old...tho up in years. She was not one to give up...she was so sweet ! I loved hearing her play her piano....She was the kind of neighbor we would all like to find.
