I just heard about Jean. I used to love her coming down for breakfast and to my desk at Sweetgrass...she had a wonderful smile, and quite the dancer..

We´re so sorry for your loss. What an amazing woman and inspiration Jean was. Sending love to the Boggs family. (I´m picking back up my guitar. If Jean could start it at 80, I´m back in the game!) xo

Many fond memories of the Boggs family especially Ellen ,Lee and Taylor whom I knew best and that wonderful funny Jean. It was always a pleasure to visit at that stately Overbrook house which was always filled with joy and laughter. Blessings to all of you and I sure you value those longevity genes which Jean passed along to all of you. Wendell Cantrell Spartanburg SC

Dear Taylor,
I'm so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was such a joy to talk to and to see at St. Anthony's! I often told my children, "When I grow up, I want to be like Jean Boggs!" She always had a smile on her face...like she was up to something! During an "ask Fr. Pat homily", he was explaining the knots on his rope belt..."No money, No honey, Do as you're told".
