Not sure what to say?

Many fond memories of Jean. She was a lovely girl, a good mother and a terrific big sister to my best friend Liz. Mary Carol Kelly

Reading Jean's obituary was a like a trip through my childhood. I spent a lot of time in the O'Connell household as Jeannie's younger sister Elizabeth was my best friend. I was very jealous that Liz had a big sister and idolized Jeannie, thought she was so sophisticated, was awed by her boyfriends. I hadn't seen her in a long time, but followed her life's milestones through Liz. Her passing has impacted a lot of lives. She was loved. She is missed.

Mary-Carol "Marcy"...

Hello, my name is Donna Brackett. I met Jean when we both went for cancer radiation together. She was wonderful to me. She was my radiation buddie. My heart goes out to her family.

Sincerely, Donna Brackett

Our sympathy is extended to the family of our cousin,Jean Calder. Family has special ties that may be stretched by time and distance, but sill binds the members together. Brothers, sisters, and cousins are family that have suffered the passing of Jean but her life and death are a reminder of family connections.

Jean was a kind and loving person. I know you will miss her dearly. You and your family will be in my prayers.

Jean was one of the kindest and sweetest people we have ever known. She will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I never met your beloved mother. I am a very distant relative by marriage, but I love all of my husband's family to the moon and back (which includes you by definition) and you Aleta through our online contact.
You and your family are fabulous, and that is in part because of the gifts your mother gave you. How to Love. How to Nurture. How to Accept "whatever". You were Loved and you know how to Love because of that gift of Love.

May God who gives hope fill you with Joy and Peace. Joy knowing that your loved one has the hope of a resurrection. Peace with endurance as you trust in God and the power of the Holy Spirit, while you await to see your loved one again (Romans 15;13)
