I am shocked and saddened to learn of Jean-Claude's passing. We met many years ago, at your restaurant, while visiting my late husbands aunt, not long after you had your first son. I was married to Neill Donnelly, brother to Mary Beth, Jean Claude's first wife. I have thought of you and your family often, hoping you were living a blessed life.

Susanne, please know you and your family continue to be in my prayers. While I did not get the chance to meet your husband the day I and my family came to Le Bouchon, your sharing about him and Le Bouchon and talking with you was a memorable time. I and my family came in October 2015 to share photos and the history behind the original building/owner, my great grand-father. Again, a beautiful place and great food. God bless you and your family.
