Jean Cunningham

The Greater Houston Model A Club is heart broken and saddened at the loss of Jean and her precious Allen. Not only were they a tremendous asset to the club they were two of the finest people you would ever hope to meet. Kind, gentle, loving, caring, talented, giving and most of all wonderful Christians whose testimony and legacy will forever live in the hearts of all who knew them. Our hearts are broken but also we are joyful that they are in a better place and God chose to let them be...

Jean and Allen were the first to welcome us into the Houston Restorers Model A Club which they so enjoyed for many years. We became good friends to such a kind and fun couple and fellow Aggies! We were dining with them minutes before the accident and Jean spoke of Allen's 60 yr class reunion and their 60th wedding anniversary and how special that was for them. She joked that she deserved a gold star for having been married to an Aggie for 60 yrs! Then followed by saying Allen deserved one too...

Jean was a talented and gracious individual. She made their home a warm and welcoming place. She was a perfect complement to Allen, as he was to her. We are glad that they were able to share in so many activities and in their philanthropy--and can only wish that they had more than their 60 years together to enjoy them. The world is the worse for their passing.
