I am so saddened to see this.I will always have wonderful memories of Mrs, Eckert as a teacher and a friend. A true Angel on earth.

Dear Eckert Family,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Mrs. Eckert was my fourth grade teacher at St. Scho's. She challenged me to learn times tables faster than any fourth grader that year. I also remember a very competitive spelling bee and a fourth grade play that was only possible with Mrs. Eckert's drive. She was a fantastic teacher and freely gave of her time and wisdom. She always spoke so highly of Chief Eckert and of course, her daughter.

You have my sincere sympathy. Jean was a special person and will be remembered always by myself and my daughters (Susan, Lisa and Beth). Our prayers are with you.

We were so very saddened to learn of Jean's death. She was a special person, an incredibly caring educator, and an example to her students. Our children were lucky to have had her during their years at St. Scholastica.Our deepest sympathy to Chief Eckert and her daughter.

We are so sorry to hear of Jeans passing. I believe she was an angel on earth. She was a gracious, kind, loving, generous,and sincere. lady whose smile made everyone at ease. We always enjoyed talking and spending time with you two. May you find comfort in the beautiful memories you shared together. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. So sorry Bill, Suzanne, and family. She was an Aspinwall institution! Such a sweet person who would go out of her way to greet you. She taught almost everyone in our family. Now you will have an angel watching over you!
