Dear Elling Family. I was saddened to read Mrs Elling's beautiful obit this AM. I too had her as my Kindergarten teacher at Fairmount School in 1955 or so - and remember her coming to my house with a booklet the class had made for me before I was to have my tonsils out. It had a stick figure of a man on front made of Beechnut gum, the pages were of construction paper, tied with yarn. Made me feel extra special at a very scarey time. Mrs Elling was my kindergarten teacher at Onondaga Road elementary School. Long story short, I ended up buying their house on Wynnfield Drive. My condolences to all of you.

Sorry about Aunt Jean! I wish I could have known her better. I have few memories of her. I remember riding in their little MG when I was a kid.
