Not sure what to say?

Jean,
It's hard to say "goodbye" to you. Even after your beautiful funeral. I know you loved it. I first met you when you came to work at the Skyline. You were a great worker and fun to be around. Always some trick to play. Just like others have said, you never forgot me or our friendship; we got together again when you became President of the Ladies Auxiliary and you did a great job. You were one of the best in ritual. I truly respect and love you and your compassion for your sons,...

I am so sad to hear of Jean's passing. She was one of my best friends growing up in Grantsville. I spent so many hours at her house.....parties, sleepovers, etc. She has sent me a birthday card every year for the past 5 or 6 years with a note saying we needed to get together and have lunch. It was one of those things that you think you will do and we never did. Now I wish I had. My heart is broken.

Dearest family, Jean will always be a dear friend; we visited each other at the Way Station, while working at the Jr. Mart, and at many other times and places. My grandchildren loved to stop and watch the outside lights at her home, especially at Christmas. She often told me to stop by with the kids so she could meet them; I never did take the time. We spoke for a few minutes a short time ago, and I am so thankful for that. I will miss Jean's smile and kindness (she always asked about our...

We loved our Jean so very much, and will always cherish the summers she spent with us when we lived in Granger. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love, Uncle Ken And Aunt Madeleine Wanlass

Jean was by far my son Makay's favorite person at THS. He is a turd so spent alot of time with her. She always "favored" him in her class. When I told him of her passing, he cried and cried. Jean truly cared for each and every kids she came in contact with at THS, the school has huge shoes to fill.

I was deeply sadden to hear of Jean's passing, she was truly one of a kind, things were never dull with Jean around with her easy smile and contagious laugh it was always fun. Our Grantsville High School Class of 72 was blessed to have her she, will be sorely missed. My best wishes to her family.

I was truly shocked and saddened to learn of Jean's sudden death. Our friendship went way back to high school days. We had such fond, happy times and memories in Grantsville, staying up until the wee hours of the night in the summertime and sleeping during the day,as well as dragging Grantsville and Tooele main streets at 2:00 a.m. and celebrating the 4th of July sleeping out on the front lawn of Katie's house. Never a dull moment. Jean, I'm so glad I got to see you again after many years...

I am shocked and saddened to learn of Jean's death. Jean was a high school friend and I spent many hours at Sweet Kate's drinking RC Cola and listening to big stories. Jean was one of a kind. My condolences to the family.

Jean, My grandson met you at the high school and he thought you were so nice. I enjoyed the times we spent at the Eagles and how much I learned from you when it came to decorting. I pray for your family and will keep them in my prayers. Goodbye Jeannie, we all loved you.
