Jean Farrah passed away in Meadville, Pennsylvania. The obituary was featured in Erie Times-News on April 29, 2010, and The Meadville Tribune on April 28, 2010.
I am so sorry to hear about Jean's death. Jean called me here at WJR Radio in Detroit in the morning at least once or twice a week for years. We talked during the good and bad times and although we never met she was a dear friend. My prayers are with Jean and her family.

I was a District Manager for Burger King for many years. Jean would come daily and do her crosswords, plan her day and tell stories for those who sat with her. She was a great lady...what a lust for life when I would see her at the Greek Fest! Look out Lord...here comes Jean.
