Read MoreI had a random thought about Mrs. Foose and looked her up today. I have very fond memories of her as my first grade teacher at Lower Allen in the early 80s. She made a difference in so many children´s lives with her kindness and patience.

I taught 1st grade at Lower Allen alongside Jean. She helped and guided me my first year teaching. She was a kind and gentle person with a beautiful smile. I am so sorry for your loss.

I believe Mrs. Foose was my first grade teacher at Lower Allen Elementary. (A LONG time ago, thinking 1970 or 71). My condolences go out to her family. I always remembered her as a nice teacher.

I will always remember so fondly our many Sunday game days at Jean's, full of laughs and love, and our shared focus on animal welfare. Sincere thanks for the honor of memorial donations to Nobody's Cats. Hoping her loved ones are consoled to know these honoraria will prevent so much suffering.
