Not sure what to say?

Jean brought hope and strength to my life as she was a herioc example of overcoming challenges. Her ever-present love and encouraging advice continue to lead me forward. From herding White Elephants to transforming barren ground in the city, she taught me by example. Lindsay, Betsy, and Jim have my prayers and condolences. She is back in the Garden tending to us all.

Aunt Jean was a wonderful women. She always made time for a traveling visitor. I will miss her easy laugh and genuine interest and support for even the most outrageous projects. I had a dream about Aunt Jean on Monday evening and woke up knowing that something was wrong. Her spirit touched many lives. Thank You!

It's not hard to become a mother. It's tough to be a good one. Jean was one of the greatest moms I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She displayed a tiger's ferocity in the way she defended and guided her family. But her mission seems to have been to plant, fertilize, nurture, tend, and prune where necessary, all living things that intersected her...

We send our deepest sympathy to your family at this very sad time. Your dear mother will be missed by us all. She was such a giving person.
