I was deeply saddened to hear of Aunt Jeans passing and will miss her. Even when she no longer knew who I was, we would talk on the phone. She was such a social person and enjoyed telling her stories, and giving advice. Her favorite topics were her family, especially the grandchildren. A little less than 100 years ago three brothers came to the US from Europe. Eugene and Seymour came by themselves and Victor who was much younger came with a relative. The brothers each married and had seven children among them.I was deeply saddened to hear that Jean Gilman the last survivor, wife of Seymour, of the three brothers and their wives had passed away on Nov.23, 2013. I was saddened to hear of Aunt Jean's death. I have so many fond memories of the times I spent with her and of our many conversations. She was a remarkable and kind woman. She will be greatly missed.
