Peter, Michelle, and David: No one has ever had as great a neighbor as Jean. I was fortunate to live next to her for more than 38 years. Whenever my life hit a bump, she was right there supporting me. I loved her.

Peter, Michele and David. I am so sorry to learn about my favorite Jean Glazer. As you know she began and maintained the chain of events that developed the high standard of Oregon art education. As a 60's graduate of her wonderful teaching philosophy, she helped me engineer and conduct a 40+ year path of teaching art in high school and college. In turn I passed on her methods and standards to the next generations of my students who have continued her legacy of quality in art...

Peter, Michele and David- very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was an elegant and remarkable woman who had a big influence on many people and was a good friend of my mother, Rosalind Mirsky. Jean will be missed by many.
