Jean Steiner Grasle

Jean and Anne were good friends of my mother, Margaret Maves, and were very supportive of me when Mom died in June, 2018. They remained good friends of mine. Jean was warm and funny; she could understand and relate to people in a kind way. My heartfelt condolences to Anne and to Jean's children. We will remember Jean with long-held memories, like swimming together, laughing together at animal stories, or drinking a glass of Christmas cheer.

I knew Mrs. Grasle growing up in our neighborhood in Sylvan. As a child, I was friends with the Grasle boys, and found her to be a friendly supportive neighbor and dedicated mother to her sons. My sympathies go out to her family.

What a remarakable life of communitry service and sharing with others. Jean would be first to describe her life as charmed. Condolences to Anne and Lee. And especially to her 4 sons and families who closed ranks behind her in recent months with love - - and always surrounded her with solicitude. Margo and I delighted in being in her aura. Sleep well, O good and faithful servant.

I was fortunate to have worked with Jean. She was such a wonderful person and became a lifelong friend, always interested in everyone else, including me and my family. She will surely be missed. My heart goes out to her sons and their families, her most treasured topic of conversation! She had such a wonderful life and impacted so many!
