Jean was a remarkable young woman -- remarkable in intelligence, remarkable in friendship, remarkable for her humor, and remarkable in her infectious anticipation and love for a good, old-fashioned family celebration. In loving memory of a wonderful woman.
I first met Jean many years ago, and the overwhelming feeling when I think of her is open. Every time we would see each other she’d steal me off to a corner to brag about her son. She was always the warmest and most welcoming person in the room, and I can not think of her without thinking of her smile.
