Norman, Christian and family, I was so sorry to learn of Jean's passing. I remember her first day at Friendly's HQ. She walked in like she owned the place! She was one of my favorite people when I worked there, and we maintained that friendship for a number of years after I left. She was quite the force with a wicked sense of humor! I hope that cherished memories will help you through this difficult time.
