Read MoreI grew up at St. Giles and have fond memories of the Halsteds, Jean was such an elegant lady! Imagine my surprise when my then 6 year old had a field trip to Jean's retirement home and struck up a pen-pal relationship with her that lasted two years. She was so sad to hear her Nana Jean had gone on to be with the Lord, but will remember her as the beautiful woman that she was. We all will.
