To the Handley Family;
I was fortunate enough to know Jean through her service as a board member at the University of New Haven.
She possessed incredible dignity, charm, and intelligence. As someone opined in the New Haven Register article, "they don't make them like her anymore".
Quite a lady who had quite an impact on Greater New Haven.
