Not sure what to say?

Jean loved to read and discuss books. Many pieces of her art lined the walls of her apartment. I will miss her and our many conversations. She was always kind and caring to me. How I enjoyed the many picnics and get-togethers with her and her sister, Mary. Jean and Mary and my Dad, John Sutton, were first cousins. She will very much be missed.

Miss Henderson was my art teacher at Corcoran High School. She was one of kindest, most patient teachers I had.

My memories of Jean Henderson is that of a kind, encouraging and gentle teacher. I am not artistically gifted, but due to her reputation from classmates who were artistic I took an art course with her my senior year at Corcoran. She left me with the fondest memories. She is an example of what we, who are teachers, strive to be.

My Art teacher and home room teach at Roosevelt Jr High back in the 1950's. A wonderful person in every way, someone you never forget!
God Bless and rest in peace!
