JESSUP, Jean A., of South Hill, died August 9, 2010. Survived by three daughters, Katherine Carpenter and husband, Selden, of New York City, Susan Foster and husband, Rob, of Richmond, and Martha Jessup of Santa Fe, N.M.; a sister, Merle Edwards of Sandy Level, Va.; a brother, Verne Anderson of Climax, Va.; and five grandchildren, Kate Carpenter, Christopher, Hannah, Sarah and Emily Foster. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday at South Hill Presbyterian Church, with interment in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation Friday, 7 to 8:30 p.m., at the funeral home.
