I knew your Mom through St. Joseph's. My mother and I started to sit next to Jean at 7:30 mass on Sundays after your Dad died. My mother was a friend of your father's because they made sandwiches together for the poor on Wednesdays for Movement for a Better World. My mom and I really got to know your mom from visiting before and after 7:30 mass and we would also call each other if one of us was going to miss mass. I enjoyed her friendship. Jean will be surely missed by many people.I had the pleasure of meeting Jean thru YLI. I am so grateful that I did. For her 90th birthday I am so glad I found a short saying about being friends for so many years and sent it to her, so she knows she was loved and appreciated!!
