Jean and Bob were great friends for 67 years, from our first day at Hasting in 1953 through the 49er games at Kesar Stadium on hard bench bleachers with beer spilling down your back if not careful and on to the 70s and 80s when I worked with Bob on his interesting companies. Jean was the perfect balancing wife, trying to keep Bob in line. Didn't know Jean was fading, and talked with her earlier this year with my wife moved on to her next life.
