Jean Reid Shannon Mallette

Jean was a joy to work with and we will miss her greatly. My first association with Jean was a very sad one. I "worked" her desk the week she took off after Lee's death. It amazes me to this day that she only took one week.

She was Darrell's first point of contact after Jim hired him and guided him through the maze of EBSCO. They worked closely together until her retirement.

Even though we didn't see each other often after her retirement, we did manage a few meals...
