I can´t believe it´s been a year already. I still miss hearing from you and all your adventures

So sorry to hear the sad news. I will always fondly remember visiting Jean and her family when my children were growing up. I saw her a couple of times within the past several years since she lived a mile from my son Bruce. May you have the peace of God.

Jean and I were confirmed at Jerusalem Lutheran Church in 1953 and were classmates at Hamilton Junior High School and Eastern High School. At Eastern, I remember Jean as proficient in sports and always a good sport -- friendly, smiling, caring. In recent years we saw one another at classmate luncheons, and despite her health issues, Jean exhibited strength, determination and faith in God. Now she is at peace.

My condolences to Mary Lou and to Jean's family. Jean was a beautiful person, had the friendliest, contagious smile and will be sorely missed. She will be looking down on us trying to keep us all in "line".
