Not sure what to say?

Jean! Words cannot express how much we both loved and appreciated you! The Sugar Cone was our 2nd home. Now as adults, we look back on the beautiful memories you & the Sugar Cone offered us. We met there at the age of 16, and now we are 28 years into our beautiful marriage! Jean always said how fabulous Andy´s hugs were~ she said it was like getting wrapped up in a Teddy Bear´s arms! We will always remember the "Pizza cleaning parties" at closing. Truthfully, your impact on our lives...

Just heard about Mrs. McAndrews passing. I remember her as kind, sweet and nurturing. So thankful that she asked me if I wanted a job one day when I visited the Sugar Cone. She asked me if I had experience working a grill. I so much wanted the job that I told her yes but, had no idea what I was doing. She was patient and I learned quickly. She made it my best summer job ever. Many summer memories working there with the family. She made me feel like a part of her family. Loved her much. She...

Jean was an absolute joy to know. Many of my siblings and I worked for Jean at various times. She was never a boss, but always a family friend. And her ice cream cones brought smiles to so many - especially the children. What a legacy! I will miss her.

Jean you sure will be missed. You were a light of goodness, good will, good cheer and you made everyone smile! Surely your path to heaven is secure. President Kennedy once said whatever you may achieve in life paled by comparison to what kind of a parent you were. Miss Jean you were the tops, your children are your testament and they are all awesome, positive, uplifting and beautiful. Sail on across the universe Dear Jean!

Loved your Mom and her presence every summer at the Sugar Cone. Sending comfort, peace and God's love to the family.

Jean McAndrews,a wonderful lady who helped make Cape May a great place to grow up. Forever in out hearts.
