My heart goes out to the family and friends of Jean. We became such good friends over the past 20+ years via mail, phone calls and e-mails. I worked with Jean at Wien Airlines, being her "relief" at the switchboard and we kept in touch when she moved to PA. I admired her for her wit and honesty. It is hard to believe she is now gone - but only to a better place. She is now with her Savior in Heaven. I will surely miss her. Peace be with her family.
