Dr Harlan Gephart was stationed in Tripoli, Libya in 1966 when Jean was there with her husband, David. She visited my husband with her children as he was their pediatrician while they were in Libya. As a gift to my husband she gave him a brass rubbing she had done in England which I framed when we returned to Seattle, Wa. If anyone in her family is interested, I would love to give it to them.
