Not sure what to say?

Mrs. O'Leary was a dedicated teacher who only expected the best of her students. She always took the time and effort to work one-on-one with me to review class materials or prepare for a test. It was through her suggestion and guidance that gave me the courage to step out of my comfort zone. I am truly grateful for her as a teacher and as a person. She will be greatly missed.

Everyday memories continue to flow...

Mrs. O'Leary will forever be remembered as one of my favorite teachers . I enjoyed her English class and her love of reading and writing and of course diagraming sentences - which is a skill I have taught my own children. I always remember Mrs. O'Leary covered in chalk dust and one of the most passionate instructors I have ever had. My sympathy to her family and I am sure you all have many wonderful memories to keep with you .

I am sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom and the kids Gramma. I just read about it today as we are away. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mrs. O'Leary was an amazing teacher. I am so thankful that I had her to teach me writing, grammar, etc. I ended up in honors English classes because of her time and her teaching. (It's been so long that i need a refresher course!) I will never forget her and some of the moments shared with her. We didn't get along great at first but she ended up being one of my favorite teachers. She pushed me and believed in me to compete in a poetry and speaking contest. She really was great. I am pretty...

We are very sad to read this news. Mrs. O'Leary was an important person to us. As a lawyer, it is crucial to write well. I owe those talents to Mrs. O' Leary. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Nina Dow, and on behalf of The Dow Family

Jean was a champion of family love always proudly sharing stories of her children and grandchildren. Yet I knew her first as a parent honestly telling me of my children's academic endeavors for to her they were her students. When I joined the faculty at JCD, I called her friend and mentor. She was always a teacher who asked of her students nothing but their best. May you rest in peace dear friend.
