Not sure what to say?

Dr. 0´Brien, your classes inspired me to become a HRM major and ultimately receive the Distinguished Achievement Award in HRM, 1990. You were not only an amazing professor, mentor and friend. We had many drinks over 3 years, your humor was infectious, and I babysat Carolyn many times,,,, l pray for you family and will miss you.... Mary Murphy

I am so sorry to hear about Jeans passing. I used to pamper her at the salon she went to, and we always had a good time talking about books we've read or movies we've seen recently and took recommendations from each other. She always spoke so highly of her children and what was going on in their lives, and she had a great sense of humor. Our thoughts and prayers for the O Brien family. We remember Jean and the family when they moved to Wilkes Barre. Many memories of Terrace St. Doctor OBrien in many of my classes at Kings. Again, memories. Pat and Maureen Jordan Charlottesville VA

Dr. O´Brien had a positive impact on my during my time at Kings. She always made time for me and gave great advice. She will be missed.

My deepest condolences to the O´Brien family. I have fond memories of Jean with our chats during Caroline´s middle and HS years. Her laugh was contagious. Rest in Peace

Jean was a wonderful colleague and friend. We gave several conference presentations together and hers was always a wise and caring voice on committees. She was a dedicated professional, a valued member of the King´s community, and a good friend.

Ed, Caroline & Lindsey, I am so sorry for your loss. Jean was such a wonderful person that inspired so many people. She was a true role model especially for young women. God bless.

Jean meant a lot to many, as a co-worker and friend my thoughts would cherish the times we enjoyed with she and Ed. She was so proud of her family and enjoyed the benefit of working with youth in the juvenile mentoring program.
