I was a student of Mrs Page's in th e1976-77 school year. She was a great teacher and demanded a lot from her students, the way a good teacher would.
I remember cupcake parties and the stories of her childhood and how she was able to walk after the doctors told her as a child she never would.
Im sorry to hear that she had a long battle with alzheimers, unfortunatley I've heard several of my teachers from Huffman Ele have suffered from that.
