Jean L. Picking

It is with sadness that we belatedly have learned of Jean´s passing. My husband and I taught in the same school system as Jean and not once did we encounter her at a social or professional event minus that sunshine smile and the offering of a kind word. We send heartfelt condolences to you all, with gratitude for sharing this dignified and sweet woman with all who came to know her.

Mrs. Picking was my kindergarten teacher and I can´t think of a better teacher than her. I will remember her fondly and am so grateful for her kindness & reassurance as I started my educational journey. Sending love to her family! - Danielle (Drumm) Foster
