Pam, Gabrielle and Amanda, My deepest sympathy to you. I am very sad for you and me. I worked with JP at the Davis Estate from 1989 until the estate closed. JP was always a very happy man and he spoiled it for me to eat out. He was the best chef. He was the best person I ever worked with, always a smile. I was shocked and saddened to read about "J.P." in the paper. I went to work at the Davis Estate in Nov. '97, and it was not long before he became one of my all time favorite people.My sincere condolences to his family.
