Read MoreI met Jean in1987 when visiting the US as a Fulbright Scholar. She and I put together a USAID project 1992-1997 to support vocational education in India. We traveled back and forth US/ India many times. Jean was an amazing woman, full of energy and fun. I stayed at her home in Dayton and met her family and friends. Jean became a dear friend and I will always remember her. RIP Jean

The advice and care she gave to me when my husband died helped me immensely.....she shared her experience and helped me to grieve and live on...
Over the years she has continued to be a role model and great friend, I will miss her greatly.
