Not sure what to say?

Dear Aunties, Uncles, & Cousins,

I am so sorry that I and my children cannot be with you for Auntie Jean's services. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. This has certainly been a sorrrowful year for this family, yet somehow we have emerged stronger and closer than ever.

I will always remember Auntie Jean as an independent woman who worked tirelessly, never complaining about her health, even when she was in pain. She was a frequent Sunday dinner guest at my parents' and...

To my aunts, uncles and cousins, I am very sorry to hear about Auntie’s passing and regret I cannot attend the services for her. Auntie Jean was a great aunt and godmother- she gave my family our first stereo and a Beatles and Rolling Stones record in 1965- how hip and cool was that! In the past few years we saw more of each other during my visits to Boston to see my mom, eating home cooked Italian food at Auntie Norma’s, or at the Winthrop Arms. Auntie Jean was very understanding,...

To the Sasso Family,
Our deepest sympathy to all of you on the loss of Jean. We worked with her in Real Estate for over 20 years. She was a wonderful friend to us and we will miss her.

Stanley Lastoff and Marion Sloan

I worked with Jean every day. I miss her. My sincere condolences to her family.

We will miss my aunt Jean but we will always remember all of the extra things she did for us (her nieces and nephews), all of the time she spent with us, her strength of character and her fearlessness.

Our aunt was the living example of what it means to be a strong, independent and successful women. She lived her life according to her own terms and was unwavering on her path in life. She lived it as fully as any person could.

She proved, through her relationship with her...

My Deepest sympathy to the whole Sasso family for their loss. I have done Jean's hair for many years and will miss our Thursday morning time we had together. Sadly missed by me and the salon.

To The Sasso Family,
Don’t think of Jean as gone away –
her journey’s just begun;
life holds so many facets –
this earth is only one.
Just think of her as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.
Think how Jean must be wishing
that we could know, today,
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.
And think of her as living
in the hearts of those she touched…
for nothing loved...

To Eddy, Bobby and the rest of Jean's family. I wish to extend my condolences regarding her passing away.
