Dear Peggy, Jeanie, Frank and family, Your mother was a legend. She had more spirit than a 20 year old. I loved seeing her on my daily walks down Arch street. Listening to her stories, she was amazing and so full of life no matter what. She became a familiar face for my grandchildren when we walked. She was a huge personality in a little body.
