Jean was one of my first Sunday School teachers at the El Centro Assembly of God church. I was in the Primaries class, which was 1st, 2nd, 3rd graders. She was so kind and loving! When my mom nearly died when I was in 2nd grade, Jean was one of the wonderful women from the church who brought food, did our laundry for all 6 of us, and sincerely cared about us.
