Jean A. Stromsoe

Jean was such a wonderful friend and partner to my Aunt Mary Ann Brown. Growing up living very close to the two of them I have so many memories of her kindness and generosity. Jean and I would work together in the backyard on landscaping projects while my Aunt frequently escaped to bring lemonade and other refreshments to make the heat and work more bearable. It is with profound sadness that I say goodbye to Jean. She and my sister, Mary Ann were friends, roommates, travel partners, professors together for many years. Bright women perhaps ahead of their time. I remember Jean leading our Book Club and the interesting, challenging discussions we had. Goodbye dear friend. Sue
