Mrs. Valli was my elementary school bus driver and her son Dirk and I were good friends when we were growing up. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed by many. God bless.

She proved that driving a school bus was more than a job, it was a true adventure.
She touched lots of lives while hauling East Hampton's most precious cargo.
Can you count the number of school bus drivers in the area who learned the routes with Jean looking over their shoulder?
She touched our lives and we were blessed to call her friend.

Jean was a great lady, loved by all who knew her. I personally have some wonderful memories of her, dating back almost 50 years. She was a funny, bright unique person, who will be missed by all. I pray for comfort in this time of grief for the entire family.
